We pledge total student privacy. Your academic records, gate scans, and tokens are stored in encrypted, isolated collegiate namespaces and never sold or monetized.

1. Information Governance

We process only the minimum necessary identity data needed to generate your digital smart ID pass, register your hackathon team, or administer proctored assessments.

2. Zero Third-Party Monetization

Unlike consumer social platforms, PiTechPedia does not embed commercial tracking cookies or sell candidate data to advertising brokers. Institutional subscription fees fund our infrastructure.

3. Cryptographic Data Deletion

Upon student graduation or account termination, private identity hashes can be purged permanently while preserving verifiable certificate records for prospective employers.
